Path Above Baghill Lane in Pontefract is a path painting. It is an original landscape artwork from Yorkshire.
It shows abundant nature in green with trees in spring bloom. The green colour is really a fresh may-green hue. It is an invigorating artwork with a pinch of optimism and the freshness of spring.
Spring 2020 during the lockdown. No cars, no grass cutting in green places. Rhia has enjoyed both. More fresh air because of less around driving vehicles and back and forth flow of cars :-). More grass plus all so-called weeds, like dandelions and others, could now grow freely and in abundance :-). And this is what is happening in her painting. Enjoy it.
