The Northfield Drive houses are to find in a medium-sized town in West Yorkshire, called Pontefract. They are situated behind the village green, a common open area, in the town's eastern part, a place often visited by dog walkers or playing children. 

The artwork is kept in fresh colours of blue for the sky, emerald green for grass and bricks reddish for houses, and it emanates a peaceful atmosphere of a lazy Sunday afternoon.
